The Milton S. Eisenhower Foundation held a forum on public morality in Washington on October 24th and 25th. The forum paid tribute to the late Father Geno Baroni, who championed the cause of social and economic justice, and was held at the J. William Fulbright Conference Center at the offices of Hogan and Hartson.

Mr. Saperstein, Mr. Thurston, Mr. Dionne, Professor Hehir, and Professor Hunsinger participated in the second panel of the afternoon. The participants discussed the public morality framework for American policy and conventional wisdom. Following their remarks, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience.

Former Director Duffey and Representative Kaptur asked questions of the panel while former Senator Harris moderated the event. close
