Jimmy Carter served as the thirty-ninth president of the United States. After he left office he founded the Carter Center, a nonprofit conflict resolution organization. He was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize in 1981 for his work at the center.
Brian Williams is the anchor for “NBC Nightly News.” Previously, he was the NBC News chief White House correspondent and was the anchor and managing editor of the Saturday edition of “NBC Nightly News.” He is currently working on a book about the assassination of President James Garfield.
