The current three-member rotating presidency representing Muslims, Croats, and Serbs spoke at the 10th Anniversary of signing of the Dayton Accords. Ivo Miro Jovic was elected as the Croat member of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) tripartite presidency on 9 May 2005. He replaced Dragan Covic, who was removed from the position on 29 March by International High Representative Paddy Ashdown. Sulejman Tihic became the Muslim member of the tripartite presidency on 28 October 2002, following general elections in the country on 5 October 2002. Borislav Paravac was confirmed as the Serb member of the tripartite presidency on 10 April 2003, filling the post left vacant by the resignation of Mirko Sarovic.
