A panel discussion was held on First Amendment rights and their impact on the civil rights movement. Participants discussed exercising the rights of petition, speech and assembly, and civil liberties during the efforts to combat terrorism. Following the discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Mr. Collins moderated the panel.
