Mississippi State of the State Address

Gov. Haley Barbour delivered his third State of the State address in the House Chambers at the State Capitol. Governor Barbour reported on the progress the state has made over the last two years, his assessment of current issues, and the continuing recovery and rebuilding efforts from Hurricane Katrina. Also included in the speech was his legislative agenda, including the education reform package.
