Mr. McClellan spoke to reporters about the Osama bin Laden audiotape that aired earlier in the day on al-Jazeera. Mr. McClellan said that al Qaeda was on the run and that the U.S. would not negotiate with terrorists. Following his remarks, he responded to questions and comments from the reporters. Among the issues he addressed were the investigation involving former Indian lobbyist Jack Abramoff, global efforts against terrorism, and immigration reform. close
