On Sunday, March 19, 2006, New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, chairman of the 2004 DNC convention and current chairman of the Democratic Governor’s Association, spoke at the 9th Annual Manchester Democrats St. Patrick’s Day breakfast at the Tower Café in Manchester, New Hampshire. This year the fundraising breakfast honored former Manchester Police Chief Louis Craig. Then Gov. Richardson walked in the St. Patrick’s Day parade. The events were part of a three-day trip to the state by Gov. Richardson from March 18-20.
On Monday, March 20, 2006, Sen. Chuck Hagel was the keynote speaker at the annual Legislative Dinner with elected state officials hosted by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce at the Bedford Village Inn in Bedford, New Hampshire.
