Alan Taylor talked about his book The Divided Ground: Indians, Settlers, and the Northern Borderland of the American Revolution, published by Knopf. In the book he examines the role of Indians during the American Revolution.

The author explained how the leaders of the Iroquois Six Nations of New York and Canada interacted with European settlers and described the relationship between evangelist and government agent Samuel Krikland and Mohawk Joseph Brant.
