One of the second prize-winning videos for the middle school section, International Wiretapping: The Current Controversy, was produced by Stephen Clarke and Mitchell Igneri, 6th grade students at Ss. Cyril and Methodius School in Deer Park, New York. The video examined the current controversy about the domestic surveillance of international communications by the National Security Agency.
