Following his remarks videotaped remarks by President Bush were shown and Mr. Hubbard spoke about the administration’s various health care policy initiatives. The program concluded with a panel on a number of issues, including forecasts of the solvency of the Medicare Trust Fund and how far private sector participation would extend the safety net.
