A dedication ceremony was held for the Donald W. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture, home to the National Portrait Gallery and Smithsonian American Art Museum. The ribbon was cut by Chief Justice Roberts, the chancellor of the Smithsonian; Secretary Small; and Mr. Smith. Music was performed by the National Opera Young Artists Program and the Marine Band Brass Quintet. close
