In this Viewer Call In show, Representative Tom Coleman, the ranking member on the House Agriculture Committee, spoke on the agricultural trade with the Soviet Union. Rep. Coleman favored the agricultural trade credits and remarked that although the Soviets have had good crops, the storage, transportation, and management systems have led to spoilage of a large percentage of their crops. close
