Moderated by Mr. Meese, the panelists reviewed the 2005-2006 U.S. Supreme Court term. They talked about the new justices on the court, Chief Justice Roberts and Associate Justice Alito, as well as the significant cases heard during the term such as Hamdan v. Rumsfeld. They also previewed cases scheduled for the upcoming term, set to begin on Monday, October 2, 2006, such as the Partial Birth Abortion Ban case. The panelists responded to audience members' questions.
