Attorney General Gonzales spoke to reporters about a decision by U.S. District Court Judge Anna Diggs Taylor which ruled that the National Security Agency’s warrantless surveillance program was unconstitutional. He said that a stay of the order would allow the government to continue its terrorism surveillance activities and that the Bush administration would seek to overturn the decision on appeal. He also answered questions from reporters. close
