Pat Buchanan talked about his book State of Emergency: The Third World Invasion and Conquest of America, published by Thomas Dunne Books. He charged Mexico with a conscious campaign to send its poor and unemployed citizens to America for economic and social relief. He also discussed legal immigration, and, after his presentation, he responded to audience members' questions. Topics included Lebanon, the Israeli conflict, Iran’s nuclear developments, the Vietnam War, and President Nixon.
