Sandy Weill, the financier who built Citigroup, was interviewed by Mr. Johnson about his experiences in assembling one of the world’s largest companies. Topics included changes in the world such as the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Chinese economic growth, terrorism, creating consumers, employee stock options, management style, and the contemporary business climate. He also talked about his new book, The Real Deal: My Life in Business and Philanthropy, published by Warner Business Books.
