Brian Jenkins talked about his book Unconquerable Nation: Knowing Our Enemy, Strengthening Ourselves, published by RAND Corporation. He talked about his strategy to fight terrorism, arguing that to defeat al Qaeda, the U.S. must implement a multi-pronged counterterrorism strategy that includes an ideological and political component. He also said that, domestically, America must preserve its legacy of limiting government power and safeguarding civil rights. After his presentation he responded to audience members' questions.
