His testimony was followed by a panel of Iraqi Shiite, Sunni and Kurds leaders who presented various potential approaches to national reconciliation. Testimony during both panels focused on militias and death squads, oil revenue sharing, the potential for civil war, de-Ba’athification, and possible consequences if Iraq split into three states.
