U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts talked about his views on the Constitution and its relevance today. He spoke on Thursday, July 20, 2006, in the U.S. Supreme Court Lawyers' Lounge in one of his first interviews since becoming Chief Justice.

Also, a view from the Executive Branch, with remarks by then-President Ronald Reagan from September 1987 in Philadelphia commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Constitution.

And, Sen. Robert Byrd talked about the Constitution and the role of the Legislative Branch in remarks given September 16, 2005, in West Virginia. Sen. Byrd wrote the 2004 law that recognizes Constitution Day every year. close
