New York 24th Congressional District Debate Raymond Meier and Michael Arcuri, candidates for the open New York 24th Congressional District seat, debated a variety of local and national issues. The format included questions from members of the audience. Moderator was Teresa Jones of WUTR-TV. Questioners were Dave Andrews of WIBX-Radio, Professor Dave Chanatry of Utica College, Elizabeth Cooper of the Observer-Dispatch, and Karey Nobles of WUTR-TV.

The debate was sponsored by the Utica-Rome League of Women Voters, WUTR-TV, and the Resource Center for Independent Living, and was held at Donovan Middle School in Utica. close
