Rush Loving talked about his book The Men Who Loved Trains: The Story of Men Who Battled Greed to Save an Ailing Industry, published by Indiana University Press. He described boardroom battles and takeover wars in the U.S. railroad industry in the 20th century. He examined the competition and economic collapse of the railway industry and argued that managers sought to enhance their own personal wealth at the expense of their own corporations. He responded to questions from members of the audience.
