Secretary Spellings moderated a panel of school administrators, teachers and students on the short and long term needs of schools and communities following a traumatic event. Topics included reactions to traumatic events, crisis counseling, memorials, and reasons for teen anger. After their presentations the panelists responded to audience members' questions. close
