Democratic candidate Gabrielle Giffords, Republican Randy Graf, Libertarian David Nolan, and independent Jay Quick debated for the seat from Arizona’s 8th Congressional District being vacated by Rep. Kolbe. Arizona Daily Star's political journalist Joe Burchell served as moderator. The telecast included campaign commercials.
