Democratic incumbent Senator Hillary Clinton debated Republican challenger John Spencer before an audience. Topics included the war in Iraq, jobs, and tax cuts. The debate was moderated by Dominic Carter of “Inside City Hall” with questions asked by journalists.

The debate, sponsored by Time Warner Cable and New York 1 News, was held in Strong Auditorium at the University of Rochester in Syracuse. close
