Experts discussed the U.S. Supreme Court case Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency in which oral arguments will be heard on November 29. Several states and environmental organizations have argued that the EPA must regulate carbon dioxide under the Clean Air Act. Moderated by Mr. Greve, the panelists discussed the case and its role in the broader political and legal debates over global warming regulations.
