Paul Rosenzweig made the opening keynote address for the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Canada Project and its Homeland Security Program day of discussion on the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. Mr. Rosenzweig talked about the travel initiative. Topics included the background of travel bans, the role of monitored travel in reducing terrorist threats, and future security policies. Following his remarks, he answered questions from the audience. close
