Former President Bill Clinton spoke as part of the Alfred M. Landon Lecture Series on Public Issues. He said that there is no longer a distinct line between international and domestic relations. Topics included globalization and interdependence, global poverty, changing the world from interdependence to integration, health care financing, and protecting the environment. After his speech he responded to audience members' questions.
