Deputy Secretary Robson and Mr. Boskin detailed the status of U.S. economic aid to eastern and central Europe and explained the progress of United States economic aid programs to that region. Mr. Robson later discussed education programs in the region. He announced federal grants that are being awarded to thirty-two colleges and universities for economic training and education programs in central and eastern Europe. close
