Mr. Burger, correspondent for Roll Call, a magazine on congressional activities, talked about the $1.3 billion plan to relocate several parts of the CIA to another area as yet undetermined. The House Intelligence committee, which held a hearing on the subject on July 30, was not informed of the full details of the plan for relocation, which may put part of the CIA in West Virginia or Virginia. close
