Ben Scott talked about “network neutrality” on the Internet. His group favors an Internet, as it was originally established, that does not discriminate between different users or sources of information by charging different fees or allowing different speeds of transmission.

Ben Scott is the policy director for Free Press, an organization that promotes media reform and is the coordinating group of the SavetheInternet.com coalition.
