Broadband Internet Access
“The Communicators” is C-SPAN’s weekly series that examines the people and events that shape telecommunications policy.
The guests were interviewed about how the United States compares with the rest of the world in the number of Americans who have access to broadband Internet service. The issue has spurred some in Congress to call for a national policy for broadband access. The guests disagreed about the accuracy of the international counting methods.
