Participating by remote connection from Capitol Hill, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Rep. John Dingell was interviewed about the upcoming debate on energy legislation in the House. He said the bill includes residential appliance efficiency, lighting efficiency such as outlawing incandescent light bulbs, hybrid and other fuel-efficient cars, and renewable fuels technology.
