President Bush spoke to the Greater Cleveland Partnership at a town hall meeting. He answered questions about domestic issues like health care and the economy, as well as U.S. policy in Iraq. He said that he remained committed to his strategy in Iraq and would continue to support troop deployments to the region as the security situation required. He also said that critics should give the “surge” time to work before demanding troop withdrawals just after the “starting point.” close
