Burton Folsom talked about liberal bias in school textbooks. He cites cases of major grade school textbook publishers openly questioning George W. Bush’s intelligence, comparing Islamic fanaticism to Christian activists, and portraying Ronald Reagan as a dumb cowboy. He answered questions from the college students in the audience at the 29th annual National Conservative Student Conference held at George Washington University.

Professor Folsom is the author of The Myth of the Robber Barons: A New Look at the Rise of Big Business in America, published by the Young America Foundation. close
