John Strausbaugh talked about his book Sissy Nation: How America Became a Culture of Wimps and Stoopits, published by Virgin Books. In his book Mr. Strausbaugh argues that America has become a nation lacking courage and conviction. He claims that after World War II the country used its position of power to grow fat, lazy, and pampered which led to a culture of victimhood, fundamentalism, and political correctness. Mr. Strausbaugh commented on the 2008 election and the influence of a sissified nation when choosing its political leaders. Mr. Strausbaugh responded to questions from the audience. close
