Institute officials announced the release of Strategic Survey 2007: The Annual Review of World Affairs, the annual review of global strategic affairs. Dr. Dodge, an adviser to General David Petraeus in Baghdad in 2007, talked about the political and security situation in Iraq after the ‘surge.’ Other topics included Middle Eastern and Asia-Pacific security. After their presentations the participants responded to audience members' questions.
