He reviewed the major cases of the Supreme Court, including rights for Guantanamo Bay detainees, lethal injection, elections laws, gun control, and employee rights. He also talked about the various justices. Video clips were shown of the departures from the Red Mass the previous day, people waiting in line for the opening of the Court, and clips from the interview with Justice Clarence Thomas shown on “60 Minutes” the previous evening.
