House to House: An Epic Memoir of War
Iraq War veteran David Bellavia talked about the book he co-authored, House to House: An Epic Memoir of War. Mr. Bellavia served in the First Infantry Division for six years and was awarded the Silver Star and the Bronze Star. He described the November 2004 Battle for Fallujah where he, an Army staff sergeant, and the rest of his task force were sent into the city to clear it of insurgents. During the battle they experienced fierce close quarter combat. After his presentation he responded to audience members' questions. close
