Chief Justice Warren presided over the Supreme Court during the Dwight D Eisenhower, John F Kennedy, and Lyndon B Johnson administrations, during which time the court issued a number of decisions on civil rights, discrimination, and reapportionment laws. The speakers discussed the Warren court’s decisions, it’s perspective on utilizing precedent in decisions, and the perspectives of the separate judges on the court.
