Marjorie Cohn talked about her book Cowboy Republic: Six Ways the Bush Gang Has Defied the Law, published by Polipoint Press. She argues that the Bush administration has repeatedly violated the law since September 11, 2001. She uses the invasion of Iraq, the approved use of torture, and the illegal surveillance of U.S. citizens as examples. She responded to questions from members of the audience.
