J. Craig Venter talked about his book A Life Decoded: My Genome, My Life, published by Viking. He talked about his life and how he successfully sequenced the first human genome. In February 2001, Mr. Venter published the completed sequence of the human genome, his own genes. He is the founder and president of the J. Craig Venter Institute. During his presentation he showed slides. Afterwards he responded to questions from members of the audience. close
