Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani spoke to members of the Federalist Society about his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination. In his remarks he criticized the Senate confirmation process. He also talked about appointing judges who would not interpret the Constitution and about America’s role in the world.

The Federalist Society’s 25th anniversary celebration involved a full-day conference honoring Judge Robert Bork and his contributions to the law. Judge Bork, co-chairman of the Society’s board of visitors, was unable to be present due to illness. close
