Mortgage and Housing Outlook

Frank Nothaft talked about the crisis in the mortgage and housing market. He predicted that U.S. home prices will not recover until at least 2010. He said that sales of existing homes and prices have fallen all over the country. He expects to see more foreclosures in the next year. Following his prepared remarks he answered questions from members of the audience.
