Tim Harford talked about his book The Logic of Life: The Rational Economics of an Irrational World, published by Random House. In his book Mr. Harford uses economic research and principles to demonstrate that there is usually a rationality behind seemings illogical human behavior. He gives examples from topics such as racism, teenage sex, and voting to explain why behaviors, although not always justified, can be proven to be rational.
