President Bush spoke about the situation in the Middle East. He called Iran “the world’s leading state sponsor of terror” and called for opposition to the government in Tehran throughout the Middle East. He also supported democratic reforms by U.S. allies in the region.

The president speech at the Emirates Palace Hotel was sponsored by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
