Gov. Bill Ritter delivered his second annual state of the state sddress at a joint session of the 66th Colorado General Assembly in the House Chambers in the State Capitol. He announced bi-partisan plans to revitalize Colorado’s education systems, strengthen businesses and the economy, and address health-care cost, quality and access issues. He also spoke about public safety, the new energy economy, government efficiency, elections, and natural resources. close
