President Bush talked about the jailing and abuse of dissidents in Cuba. He noted that the coalition against Cuba was legitimate as a result of these abuses. President Bush said that the United States would not change its policies towards Cuba unless Cuba begins a peaceful democratic shift, releases all of its political prisoners, respect human rights, and engages in fair elections. close
