Topics included what consumers look for versus what they should look for and what the purpose of a disclosure document is, i.e., to inform, warn, or educate). Susan Woodward talked about the results of a study that measured the benefits of the worst-informed of those who get a mortgage being as informed as the best-informed of people who get a mortgage.
