Senator Obama spoke to members of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) about U.S. foreign policy and how an Obama administration would prioritize foreign policy issues. In his remarks he said that any agreement with the Palestinian people should preserve and secure Israel’s identity as a Jewish state, and that he would meet with Iranian leaders only under specific conditions at the “time of his choosing.” He also praised Senator Hilirary Clinton for her hard-fought campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination. close
