President Bush and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown spoke to the press in the Lacarno Treaty Room of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Building. British Prime Minister Brown announced that he would send additional troops to Afghanistan, bringing their numbers to the "highest levels". They also answered questions on troop withdrawal in Iraq, Iran’s nuclear program, elections in Zimbabwe, and North Korea. close
